Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus), Perilla Leaf (Perilla frutescens), Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis), Black Seed (Nigella sativa), Lemon Peel (Citrus limon), Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules daily. During increased seasonal exposure: up to 4 daily. Children 12+: 2 capsules daily. Ages 6-11: 1 capsule daily.
