Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2-4 capsules daily. Do not take all 4 at once. Do not exceed 6 daily. May cause drowsiness. Children 12+: 1 capsule daily.

Can I still take my vitamins with this product?
Yes, it is recommended to continue to take your vitamins while consuming our products. However, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B supplements are all recommended.
Is Sea moss a vitamin? Can I take it with my other vitamins?
Sea moss is nature’s natural vitamin; however, you may still consume your vitamins in conjunction with the sea moss. If you start to get a headache, discontinue vitamins.
Can I still consume other whole plant-based herbs when consuming your products?
